It's Bread WEEK(s)!!!
Never have I ever made bread and now I find myself making not one, not two but three different types of bread over the next three weeks. This week it is French Bread Rolls.
Why French Bread Rolls? Because I had everything in my pantry already!! That's Why. I really do adore french bread. It had the hard and chewy crust and the soft center that makes the perfect canvas for garlic bread and serves as an excellent pasta utensil.
I was so nervous to start making bread...I stalled until 10:30pm last night. That means it was well after 1:00am when I finally got a finished product. Still, I think it was worth it.
