I have more than 20 years experience as a professional in Employee Professional Development and Training. I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from The University of Houston and a Bachelors or Applied Arts and Science from Texas State University. I AM IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS! I love helping others become better at what they do and carve a career path for themselves.

It has been way too long since I last published a video for The Great Beth Baking Show! The summer heat and craziness has sucked me into its vortex but I am powering through and I am determined to get back on track with my bakes! This week we have a short video of me making the one and only Tiramisu! This sucker took a lot out of me and a lot of eggs because I botched the first two attempts at making the cake. In the end, a lack of parchment paper and desire to drive to the store to purchase some parchment paper lead to an earth shattering decision to make a ROUND Tiramisu! I am certain there is a chef out there somewhere who is rolling over in their grave but my tummy doesn't know the difference between a round cake and a square cake so there!!
