Team builders are professional development classes that you can take as an individual or you can attend as a work team! Face it most Team Building seminars and trainings are expensive and require lots of time and planning! But these sessions are short focused session that will help you develop yourself and/or your team without a huge time or financial commitment!

August 13th - Leadership Session “Compatibility” - finding people to add to your team who will not only excel at the job tasks but add to the overall functionality of your team is a difficult task. Spend two hours with me learning about how you as a team member or manager can help select and onboard the best fit for your team.

I have more than 20 years experience as a professional in Employee Professional Development and Training. I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from The University of Houston and a Bachelors or Applied Arts and Science from Texas State University. I AM IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS! I love helping others become better at what they do and carve a career path for themselves.



Please join me for these short two hour sessions to learn about teams and leadership. Each session comes with a Lunch from Ol’ Railroad Cafe and a fun and interactive learning session. Tickets are only $35/person.
