SHE LEADS
As a woman and as a professional I wanted to create a program that would make reaching  out to and educating other women in business it's priority.  It is so important to me that we build and empower a community that supports the movement in Female owned and / or operated businesses. Be honest, life is just different for women in business. We face a plethora of challenges our make colleagues do not and many of us find ourselves fighting our inner natures to take on more advanced roles with our male counterparts. These programs are not exclusively for women, but there are here to create a safe space where we can share and grow without judgement or fear of being ourselves. Paving the way for future generations of women in leadership, begins with us.

With that said,  I would like to welcome you to our professional development program. Our goal is to bring accessible education programs to individuals, small business owners and more which will help them become better at what they do and assist them in succeeding in their endeavors.  Each program will provide actionable steps and tools that attendees can use immediately in their business, with themselves or with their teams. 

Workshops are provided as  both in-person and online classes to suite everyone's needs, preferences and schedules. The 2021 Course Catalogue is below. To sign up for a class, click the Register button next to the class description.

So many people and teams do an amazing job at building the relationship and demonstrating their products, but they fall short when it comes to asking for the sale or overcoming an objections. If you never ask someone for their business you are robbing them of the chance to do business with you. I promise objections are not attempts to blow you off...they are a sign that your customer needs more information. The scariest customer is the silent customer. Objections give us an opportunity to work with customers to overcome their concerns and find solutions! Let us show you how to do this with ease and confidence!

In addition we will give you tools to help you monitor, utilize and most importantly property respond to and address both positive and negative reviews. Your online reputation is your customer scorecard. Making a strong customer impression online is just as important and making a strong customer impression in person.
