SHE LEADS As a woman and as a professional I wanted to create a program that would make reaching out to and educating other women in business it's priority. It is so important to me that we build and empower a community that supports the movement in Female owned and / or operated businesses. Be honest, life is just different for women in business. We face a plethora of challenges our make colleagues do not and many of us find ourselves fighting our inner natures to take on more advanced roles with our male counterparts. These programs are not exclusively for women, but there are here to create a safe space where we can share and grow without judgement or fear of being ourselves. Paving the way for future generations of women in leadership, begins with us.
With that said, I would like to welcome you to our professional development program. Our goal is to bring accessible education programs to individuals, small business owners and more which will help them become better at what they do and assist them in succeeding in their endeavors. Each program will provide actionable steps and tools that attendees can use immediately in their business, with themselves or with their teams.
