Singing Telegrams - 52 Weeks of Team Building

Yes, you read that right! Singing Telegrams can be a wonderful way to show your team some appreciation and give them an injection of Joy! We at Creative Learning Society recently began offering Singing Telegram services to our clients and we can not help but notice the immediate positive impact it is  having on teams. Whether a telegram is delivered virtually or in-person the songs and the enthusiasm is infectious...in a good way! Its not about the quality of the voice delivering the telegram it is the intention behind it!

You can use the singing telegram as a "gift" or presentation to your team or the entire concept can be turned into a full blown team building experience. A few of our suggestions are below. If you would like us to facilitate any of the options listed below give us a call at 713.876.2585

1. Outsource a Singing Telegram - Hire a service to show up in-person or virtually for your team and perform a song. This can be an easy hands off way to lighten the day and show appreciation

2. Management Singing Telegram Performance - Gather your co-workers and prepare a fun singing sketch to deliver to your team. These can be delivered at meetings, cubicle-side, in the lunch room or ZOOM Meeting! This option delivers on so many levels. Its gets management working together on something fun and shows immense concern and appreciation for employees. It is also a great jumping off point for a greater team building exercise! 

3. Singing Telegram Team Building - Separate everyone into teams of 5 or less people, and give them the task of creating a singing telegram (one song) for the other teams or a team of judges, Set a time limit to complete the task and give them space to create. Make sure the teams know the venue they will use to present their telegram aka Zoom or In-person and set some specific rules as needed to fit your company standards etc... This team building is ideal for any environment, even Remote teams and can be used in a day to day interaction or at a larger meeting or conference!
