This week it is self saucing puddings! What??? Yes you read that correctly. Apparently it is a light and moist cake that when baked creates a sauce at the bottom or is filled with a sauce that spills out when it is cut open. It is good to be back after a brief break and vacation and this has been one of the easiest bakes to date! Enjoy!
Better late than never! It’s The Great Beth Baking Show Episode 8 - Ciabata Bread! Let me start by saying I will never do this again. The recipe called for more than eight hours of rise time through several different in the process. I am not going to lie I skipped several steps because no one has time to wait more than eight hours for a loaf of bread. Still having fun, Still enjoying the experience but not doing this one again!
