It would not be Fall.....without the addition of Pumpkin Pie Spice in absolutely everything we eat, drink and smell! Lucky for me, I happen to love this stuff! The recipe listed below can be used to flavor a multitude of Fall inspired beverages and tasty treats. Ingredients 1/4 cup ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons cloves Directions Place all ingredients in a jar and stir or shake to mix it up completely. Close with a tight fitting lid and store for up to one year (see note). Recipe Notes Spices are best kept for one year, so if you are starting with older spices it may lose its potency sooner than one year.
